Pain Management
Deal with that pain

Are you battling chronic pain that just won't go away? Low back pain, neck tightness, or painful knees? Or maybe you are dealing with an acute injury, like a sprained ankle?
Acupuncture can provide significant relief without the need for medications or invasive procedures. Treatments work by stimulating specific points on the body, facilitating natural healing, reducing inflammation, and promoting relaxation of tight muscles.
My approach combines the centuries-old wisdom of acupuncture channels with modern knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I have been training with acclaimed Sports Acupuncturists Whitfield Reaves and Jenny Nieters, who both have extensive experience treating Olympic athletes and professional sports teams like the SF 49ers.
In addition, I am a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP). The Kinesio Taping Method is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while allowing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion.
In my practice I utilize a range of modalities to best address your current symptoms and underlying root causes:
Acupuncture and dry needling techniques to directly treat your specific area of pain or discomfort.
Electric stimulation of trigger and motor points to release and activate your muscles.
Bodywork techniques such as cupping and gua sha remove stagnation and increase blood flow.
Kinesio taping offers lasting support to joints and muscles.

Heat therapy with moxibustion, far infrared light or LED light applications.
